Prepreg production line is a series of automatic equipment which processing raw material carbon fiber to finished products. It is equipped with pasting machine, infrared ray surveymeter, creel, yarn spreading system, rubber coated paper roll loading, roll loading paper go, compound impregnation roller, heat oil transfer system, hot plate, cooling control system, paper loading recycle device, carry-over pinch roll, tectorial membrane roll, cutting, finished roll. It is widely applied in making molds of aero space, wind power blades, automotive industry and compound materials.

- Gap adjustment: ball screw equipped with gearbox handwheel adjustment
- Pasting paper cooling: aluminum cooling plate, recycle water cooling
- PE film loading: 2 groups of PE film loading, cover PE shifting handwheel adjustment
- Pasting paper winding: servo motor constant torque winding
- Heating: mould temperature heat transfer oil recycle heating
